- Course Cancellations by LSOC: If LSOC cancels a course or program before it starts, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
- Withdrawal Before Course Start Date: If you withdraw from a course or program before the official start date, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit or administration fee (as specified in the course or program details).
- Withdrawal After Course Start Date: Refunds for withdrawals after the course start date may be subject to the following conditions:
- Within 2 Days: You may be eligible for a partial refund (e.g., 50% or 75% of the course fee) if you withdraw within a specified number of days from the start date.
